im 13 and I way 122pnd. im 5.5 ft, and it sucks. I've been wanting to start working out, but no motivation found. It really bugs me, and I've been wanting to get on diets, but my parents make me eat what they eat, and its a bit impossible at a house like mine, so i've been wondering, can u please give some really good exercises that i should start with? i read u said i need to change them every now and then. a good thing to start with is the 30 day shred. or you can use an exercise creator that helps you target what you want to workout. and then from there, you’ll have a basic idea of what exercises you like that help you out the most
I like to pick some key foods to eat often and then switch it up. Generally, I eat a lot of oatmeal, cereal, apples, bananas, avocados, tuna occasionally, HUMMUS and pita bread, whole wheat bread, and stuff like that. And then I also eat whatever dishes my parents make, which are usually healthy because my mom loves veggies
